Given the company's multi-tiered organizational structure, it was essential to handle all final aspects of the migration with expertise and effective communication with all parties involved. - Reviewed all processes and supporting documentation while carrying out a series of interviews with representatives from each business unit to ensure acceptance and comfort with the new ways of working.
- Facilitated planning sessions for the upcoming fiscal year, to ensure the stabilization of the new data platform as well as position the client to fully benefit from their investment. Strategic priorities included supporting data amplification strategy, improving data governance, and positioning the organization to pursue impactful AI use cases.
