The idea for Dura Digital was born from my personal background as a Uruguayan immigrant living in the USA and Canada, my many years in the tech services space, and a vision to leverage a dual-shore model of delivery, utilizing talent from Canada, the USA, and Latin America. Dura Digital was founded with a genuine appreciation for Latin American culture, which is reflected in our name (“dura” means “the best” in Puerto Rican slang) and in the partners and team members that we have chosen to join us on this journey. We are building incredible teams as far south as Uruguay, that enhanced our ability to serve organizations while contributing to a diverse and inclusive company culture.
